ACGA has a list of Gàidhlig classes and study groups in the US and Canada
NAACLT has a list of Celtic language classes in North America
Gàidhlig air an Lìon has in the Foghlam section links to universities round the world teaching Gàidhlig
Try looking at the list of Irish Gaelic classes. The teachers may be able to put you in touch with Scottish Gaelic classes or speakers.
Try looking at the membership of Gaelic related Email lists to see whether there is anyone near you.
Look under "Scottish" in your local phone book to see whether there are any Scottish societies
Search the Web for information on Highland Games (There's lots!), which might give you some initial local contact.
